Fence Permits & Utility Locating in MSP

We handle the behind the scenes work so your project starts the right way - legally and safely.

Before installation begins, we take care of the required steps to make sure your fence project meets local regulations and avoids underground utility hazards. That means less stress, fewer delays, and no risky guesswork.

Permit Assistance

Fence rules vary by city, HOA, and neighborhood. If a permit is required, we guide you through the process and provide the details needed to get approval. This helps ensure your fence meets local height limits, setback requirements, and property line regulations.

Underground Utility Locating (811)

Before we install posts, we submit a locate request through Gopher State One Call (811). This free service marks underground utilities such  as:

  • Gas Lines
  • Electric Lines
  • Water Lines
  • Sewer Lines
  • Communication Cables

This Step is critical for safety and required by law before digging or driving posts. It protects your property, your utilities, and everyone on the jobsite.
